Sorry if this is a stupid question...but is it possible to Clone a Disk without rebooting? I would like to schedule the cloning to happen nightly...while the workstation is running...is this possible or does the machine have to reboot > run cloning > reboot to windows 7?

You can't schedule anything using DD. Cloning a Windows system while it's running is not supported. Note that it's recommended to do "reboot" procedures by booting to the DD CD.
