Seem to use Disk Director only every few years, tied to h/w or s/w upgrades.

I'm building a new W7 computer to replace an old XP machine.

Can I buy the upgrade, supplying valid serial numbers, and install a complete install from the upgrade downloadables, without a prior copy existing on the new hardrive?

If you by the upgrade you will just need to enter both keys -- the one for DD 11 and the one for DD 10. You won't have to install DD 10 on the Windows 7 system (that's not recommended or supported).

Wanted to know if Disk Dir ver 10 was compatible with Win 7. Looks like it is not. Can someone confirm that?
