ADM Not opening

I've installed this on all the PC's in my house and it's working fine, except on our PC that acts as the backup server.

Running WinXP on it, the icon appears down near the clock as it should, but with a yellow triangle enclosed exclamation mark in it. When you right click on this and tell it to open the Drive Monitor console, it egg timers for a few seconds, the program appears in the taskbar but what looks like in a minimized state and no-matter when you try it will not expand to show the console window.

Any ideas? This is the PC I really wanted it to run on as well, typical.

Okay figured out what was wrong. I use RealVNC to connect to my server and even though it wasn't showing as being maximized on RealVNC, it was when I hooked a monitor onto the server. I had to change the RealVNC to use alpha blending before it would display properly.
