E007A0001: Unable to connect to computer 'exchange server'

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I have just installed Recovery for MS Exchange. From the managment console I am not able to connect to our exchange server. I am getting the error listed in the subject line.

I could use a bit of guidance...

At the moment unfortunately it is difficult to say what causes it, but I can recommend the following solution. Please refer to this KB article which has a list of known issues with connecting to Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange Agent and ways to resolve them.

Hello, we were able to resolve this with some help from Acronis.

We had to remove the Exchange agent and reinstall the Agent.
