Connecting to Agent causes Management Console to Hang

Hi,

I'm trying to make a master image and am following the guide here:

http://kb.acronis.com/content/26255

I've deployed an agent to a remote machine (this works fine). When I try and use the Snap Deploy 4 Management console to connect to the said remote machine it just hangs (no error messages or anything).

Any way I can troubleshoot this and proceed. I'm trying to evaluate the product for purchase and this doesn't look very promising...

Do you mean you're booting up in PXE into the agent or are you loading the agent from a flash drive or disc?
