Dell Optiplex 380 wont see NIC Snap Deploy 4

I'm trying to create a master image and it will not see the NIC on snap deploy 4 boot CD its the most current boot CD. I also tried to deploy and image to an optiplex 380 and that will not work as well.

Any ideas?
