Dell Optiplex 7050 - Error 0x1480012

Thread needs solution

I am using version 5.0.1, 690 and when I try to PXE boot off a Boot Image created and has been added to the PXE server, I end up getting;

Runtime error:
Error 0x1480012
| line info: 0x76df0d19c4c8565a
| $module: bootwiz_efia64

It does this on both doing the Image Create or the Agent.

The computers that I am trying to image are a Dell Optiplex 7050 w/ Windows 10 Pro.

Any suggestions on what the issue is or a fix to it?

Commenting because we're experiencing the same issue.

We're also trying to deploy a Windows 10 Pro image to several HP Zbook 15 G4 laptops without success.

The laptops will properly connect to our PXE server but run into this same error.

I cannot find any documentation on this error. Any clue or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Ended up solving this by disabling the UEFI secure boot on our machines and enabling the legacy network boot instead. Our laptops now properly boot into the Acronis Agent.

Secure boot appears to reject anything that isn't Windows and so rejects Acronis' Linux bootable media. I suppose if we'd made a Win PE bootable media we wouldn't have encountered this issue.
