Hey guys...I am having troubles finding a good step by step how to guide to create an image with Snap Deploy 5.  I have looked at documentation on Acronis' webpage but I don't see anything that is very good.  Any help would be appreciated.

There are two ways to create a master image. Online (under running Windows) and offline (under Bootable media).
