Hi;

I have a couple of issues with the licensing in my version of SnapDeploy.

I cannot remove the trial keys for SnapDeploy and Universal Deploy. In addition, having installed our key for 150 SnapDeploy licenses, the License Manager displays only 1 available of 1, with none used. Since the trial key was for 5 licenses, I assume I should be seeing a '150' somewhere.

I have attempted an uninstall and reinstall of all Acronis modules, to no avail.

Does Acronis talk back to a central server when adding/removing keys? I'm behind a rather industrial firewall here, and it's one of the few things I can think of that might be affecting any communications. Standard web traffic goes through a proxy.

Thank you for posting and welcome to our forum. I will certainly help you with resolving this issue.

Trial keys cannot be removed from the Acronis Snap Deploy 3 License Server, the program was designed this way and I am very sorry for any inconvenience.

I found 1 Acronis Snap Deploy 3 license registered in your Acronis account, it is possible this is the one you have added to the License server. I have also found about 150 licenses not registered to your account, these are the ones you will have to add to the license server. The Acronis Snap Deploy 3 License server is a standalone utility, it does not communicate with our servers in any way.

I am going to follow-up with a private message and send you a text file with the keys that you are missing. I would really appreciate if you could register them in your Acronis web-account or let me do that for you. This way, you will always have access to them and be able to download all the updates.
