Newbie to Snap Deploy - I have Driver Question

Thread needs solution

First off as I said I am a newbie to Snap Deploy.  I recently started working with it here at this new job about 6 months ago.  When I arrived we had an older version of Snap Deploy, I think it was 4, and I recently updated to version 5.  I think were on build 1660 since Help About says 5.0.1,660 is this correct?  I see that build 1666 is out for v5 am I understanding the versioning naming convention properly?

We have Build 1660 but Build 1666 is out now am I saying that right?  Everything was working just fine before I update the server.  With a little tweaking everything is working fine again except...

...We use PXE to boot our devices but now once the tablet in the docking station boots I can no longer use the UP arrow on the tablet to choose Create Image.  The DOWN arrow button works fine but not the UP arrow?  I tried a different docking station and the up and down arrows work when in the docking station booted to Windows 10....Do I need a new driver and if so how would I add it to the server so I can use the up arrow again after booting to the SNAP agent.  Should I simply update to 1666?  Why when I went to download the latest version and or build I received 1660?  Did I simply download an older version on accident?  I did the update only a month or less ago?

Can someone please help?  Thanks in advance!

1666 is beta but it has newer drivers for nvme pcie hard drives. Because it's still considered beta 1660 is the one that's officially listed for download from your account. 1666 has been around for more than 6 months now so I have no idea why it's still only considered beta as it is basically just 1660 with better drivers. I would use 1666 over 1660. No idea about the up arrow being a problem, never had that problem. What type of machine are you having that issue on? Does it also exist if you plug in a standard USB keyboard? You can also create a WinPE .wim and upload that and pcie boot to it. WinPE built with Windows 10 adk 1511 will likely resolve any driver issues. You should also add IRST drivers into your wim build for support of RAID as many newer systems with an nvme pcie hard drive are set to RAID by the oem's even when there is only one hard drive.
