Not detecting NIC

Hope someone can help me...

I downloaded the trial of snap deploy 3, and tested on older pc's and works 100%.

I am trying to deploy on a new icore5 Mecer, but it doesn't detect the nic.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated as I need this to work quite urgently, as we are in need of good os deployment software...this is the last test I wanna do before we may buy this product, and now there is something wrong with the detection ofthe nic.

According to the information provided our Acronis Snap Deploy 3 suffers from the lack of drivers, so lets update PXE server and the Bootable Media. Right now I'm going to send you all required links and instructions via pm, let me know in case something's confusing you.
