Online image don't work on my server

Hello, I have Installed Acronis Snap Deploy 5 and the Agent on the server that I want clone, at the end of the wizzard only appear one screen that say "Analizing partition 1-..." and then the screen is gone, any idea what I need to check first before take the online image?

My OS is a Windows Server 2008 and I have a PERC H700
