Password error in Deployment Task Wizard

Testing out the new SD4, and I am trying to create a deployment task. When it asks for credentials for the task to run, no matter what I enter I get the error "The user name or password is incorrect". I have tried two different domain admin accounts and a local admin account and I know I am using the correct password. Any ideas?
