Problem with Acronis License

I just purchased some Snap Deploy licenses in the test lab created some images to test the system in its deployment of images.

I presented to my surprise several problems

1 .- I've tried to remove the licenses of evidence but no way to do it, it says it can not, this brings me problems and I need to put the server only to licenses acquired

2 .- for the above problem, I have now recommends that if I make the deployment of an image for testing and in production (although it sounds contradictory), will lose its license?

I need help with this problem, I fight with my employers the option of Acronis instead of Symantec, and need to make the final implementation of the server.

I have tried deleting the *. lic file that is generated on the server, but when I open the Acronis License Server, the licenses vuenven to appear, what should I do?, no way to remove them?
