Problems when deploying with Snap Deploy Standalone Utility

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I have created a image from a m93p tiny pc with Snap Deploy Master Image Creator and the image is saved to a USB drive.

After the image is created I want to deploy this image to another machine with exactly the same hardware.
The tool I use for the deployment is Snap Deploy Standalone Utility.

I can select the image and I can change IP-settings, hostname etc.
The moment I click on deploy the Utility gives an error stating :

E00770022 : Deployment has completed with errors

A picture is added of the error statement.

After I click on OK the machine reboots and my USB drive is not accessible anymore.
When I connect the USB drive to another machine it seems that the partition of the USB drive is gone.
I have to recreate the partition and format for the USB drive can be operational again.

I have tried this for different USB drives and each time with the same result.
When I deploy the image with Acronis True Image 2015 it works fine.

Does someone have an idea what the problem is?

Hello,

I have had the same issue and have emailed them more than a few times and have not heard back and now my trial is over. Did they get back to you?
I am starting to think I should just go with Ghost instead.

A lot of people including myself are having this same issue. Been in touch with support and they're basically useless. Good luck. FYI - Symantec is just as bad. They haven't updated 2.5 in years. Started to have issues with the EUFI bios in newer machines which is why we started to explore Acronis.

Had the same issue. As for me, it turned out to be in the Target Disk Layout. If you're using an usb external hard drive, you need to change the target disk to the proper disk number instead of default disk (for me it was 2). If you're using an usb flash drive, the default works fine.
