server and pxe and dhcp install xp over lan

When trying to boot my laptop on the lan to install the {windows xp} install that i have made with the server 2003 and used (RIS) ...
all i get on the laptop is the pxe and dhcp and a spinning line
i tried using virtual Manichean and the ip that the Manichean is looking at is my routers ip 192.168.10.1
and the network ip on the virtual is 192.168.10.111
