Snap Deploy 3 (Build 3329) problem with license server

Thread needs solution

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with the trial version of Snap Deploy 3

I recently downloaded a trial version of Snap Deploy 3 to test if the software would be useful in maintaining the PCs of our test laboratory. But now I have the problem that whenever I try to deploy a master image to one of the host PCs, the process is interrupted with the message that 'no Acronis License Server is installed at (blank)' - although I installed all the components as explained in the manual.
Error Modul 52 Code 1(0x340001)
Error Modul 100 Code 2(0x640002)

I would be most grateful, if someone could point out to me, where I might have made a mistake.

Thank you for finding time to join us on Forum, we're glad to greet you here! I understand your concern and will be glad to assist you.

This issue could've occurred due to several reasons, so in order to solve the problem we need to localise the reason of it.

First of all please make sure that you haven't deployed 5 machines yet. The trial license of Acronis Snap Deploy 3 allows deployment of 5 machines only. Should you still be within this 5 machines limit, we will need some diagnostic information. Could you please gather the following? 

  1. Screenshot of the License Server
  2. OS Deploy Server logs
  3. Deployment Agent logs
  4. Wireshark

After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.
