hello when i try to deploy a image i get this fault message

is there any solution to this problem?

Hello,

Please make sure that all components of Snap Deploy has the same build.
Also, make sure that the size of the target HDD is enough (Target HDD is not smaller than the source one).
If the master image contains more than 2 partitions (3 or more), then such error may occur, as well. It is a known issue. Please contact our support team to get this issue resolved: http://www.acronis.com/support/

Alexander - I am having the same problem - it looks as though my master image has three partitions, and all hardware is identical between the "golden unit" from  which the master unit was pulled and the target devices.  Can you help me?

Some clarifications are needed:

1. What size of the Target disk (the disk you deploy the master image to)?

2. What size of the Source disk? And how much of space of the disk is occupied?

3. What operating system in the master image?
