SnapDeploy Boot Client (Linux) Wireless Mouse / Keyboard

Thread needs solution

Hello,
I've found several posts for home products regarding the functionality of wireless mice and keyboards. All of those have been resolved by downloading the latest builds from the support portal.

There's no updated version for Snap Deploy 4 though. Not surprisingly, the current build of the Snap Deploy boot media was released slightly before everyone in the home forums started complaining of the issue.

Can someone from Acronis support chime in and get us a Linux boot image that works with wireless mice / keyboards? I'm 100% sure that the 'current' Linux builds that Acronis uses are compatible with my mouse and keyboard because the boot media for Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 works fine in my environment.

Forum post I'm referencing:

Alternatively, Does someone know how to get the Acronis Snap Deploy STANDALONE CLIENT into the Windows PE image? That would solve my issue as well.

Thanks,
Brian

Hello Brian,

I sent you an update of Acronis Snap Deploy via private message.

If it doesn't help please create a WinPE bootable media as it is described here.

Thank you.

For anyone else who has this problem, the build that support sent me is build 582 and works!

They said it's in preparation for general release so hopefully it'll be openly available soon.

Thanks Support!
