Stand Alone says it's corrupt but works through Snap Deploy
To start.. I created one major image. I also created a template and used the Universal Deploy to make the other machine. All is great and working. I then needed to create a Master Image from the new machine (we have an off-site person that isn't attached to the network). I created the Master and validated it. Once I try to use the image... I am told the file is corrupt. Not believing this, I went and tested the image from my Snap Deploy Console. The console states the image is fine (the image is on a USB drive). I am still unable to use that image for stand-alone imaging. HOWEVER, it works when I use it through the Deployment manager. The issue is that we need this other machine up and running ASAP and without the stand-alone.. we are lost. Please help ASAP.

Hello Samantha,
Thank you very much for your post. I will do my best to assist you.
I have found your open case with us and we are currently working on the issue, please accept my apologies for the inconvenience.
I would recommend to make sure that you are using the latest build of Acronis Snap Deploy 3 - build 3329 and if possible, try putting the backup file to another location. Sometimes, this helps get rid of corrupt image messages.
If you need additional assistance or require any help with your support case please let me know.
Thank you.
