Hello everybody,

we have made an image with Acronis Snap Deploy 5 of a MS Surface 3 with Windows 10. This works fine. When we write back the image to another surface 3, there are no network Apdapters at all. The WLAN adapter is missing and the USB - ethernet Adapter shows an error in the device manager. It is also impossible to reinstall the wlan adpater manually with the microsoft driver package. Have anybody an answer to this problem?

Hello,

Please make sure that you do not use Acronis Universal Deploy feature. Since the hardware is the same, you can disabled it as described in the User guide.

Just edit the deployment template, turn off Acronis Universal Deploy, save the changes and deploy the system again.
