Surface Pro 4 Creating an Offline Image

I am using SD5 Update 2 form a bootable USB drive and have disabled Secure Boot and TPM but the local drive is not detected.  The only drive that is detected is the bootable USB drive.  Has anyone created an Image form a Surface Pro 4 yet or have any insight on how to resolve this?  I have 30 of them waiting to be deployed and really need to come up with a solution.
