Unable to delpoy snap image to workstation

When i try to deploy newly created image to a workstation, the workstation connects to the session. Once i have chosen the snap image to deploy and gone through the steps and finalize the deployment and snap tries to send the image an error comes up of 262,157 (0x64000D) Source "tcp://...." unavailable. Followed by a deployment failed error as well as a session closed error. All older images still deploy with no problems. Attached is an image of the error.

There can be several reasons for the issue, and in order to find out the exact cause we need to investigate the problem. Before we proceed with obtaining the diagnostic information, please make sure that in the Default Settings and in the template you have Unicast method specified (instead of Multicast). Should it be set correctly, and the issue remain, please gather the following diagnostic information:

  1. OS Deploy Server logs
  2. Deployment Agent logs
  3. Acronis Info from the machine hosting OS Deploy Server and Management Console
  4. Wireshark

After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached, and let us know the case number.
