I've gotten Universal Deploy to work in maybe 5% of the instances I've tried. I went from a Dell to a Lenovo in that case. Recently however, I've developed the need to reimage about 80 machines, all Dell's, ranging from Optiplex 960's to Optiplex 9020's and everything in between (980, 790, 7010, 7020, 990, 9010). I have not once been able to get Universal Deploy to work. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong at this point. Can someone please explain exactly what drivers I need to include and what is the most effective process to ensure a successful image/deployment?

All critical drivers should be added while creating a deployment template with Universal Deploy, e.g., drivers for storage devices such as RAID/SCSI controllers.

Can you please describe the problem more precisely? What happens after applying Universal Deploy? Does system not boot after deployment with Universal Deploy feature? What error (BSOD code) occurs? Is there any RAID configured on the target machine?
