Has anyone had issues with preserving a non-default (non-native) resolution for Windows 8.1 when pushing the image to new, but exactly similar hardware? We're finding in our tests that it seems to always be reverting to the native resolution of the hardware regardless of the settings we have set in the source PC.

We have yet to find a solution to this for our problem. :(

Windows 8.1 is not supported in Snap Deploy 4 and who knows when it ever will. I got tired of waiting and non answers so we are pursuing other solutions for now.

I wish i had an answer to your question though.

Have you had this issue in the other solutions you've pursued, by chance?

This occurs for us with both Symantec Ghost and Acronis Snap Deploy. We have not yet tested this issue under Smart Deploy.
