WOL Proxy only works when Snap Deploy console is run on deployment server

We need a WOL proxy for our network as the servers live on a different subnet to the workstations.

If a deployment task is configured by running the Snap Deploy console on the deployment server then the WOL packets are sent OK.

If the same task is started by running the Snap Deploy console from a management workstation then it fails with an error 7(0x340007) and error message:

Cannot load '6A4E18ED-2114-4EAB-AC37-6453B8FADB4A'.
