2016 won't startup

I installed the trial True Image 2016 and it will not startup on Windows 10.  The installation seemed to have worked fine but the app won't start.  It does not give any errors, it just doesn't "go".  I have done a "Cleanup" uninstall and re-install many times.  I found an error in the event viewer:
