"access denied error" when updating

Hi

I've bought a full version of Acronis True Image 2016 for 5 computers. Acronis warns me for a new version upgrade. I download the update and try to install it. But installation fails with "access denied" error. My OS is Windows 10.

Is there any solution to this? Thank you.

Please see post https://forum.acronis.com/forum/117866 where this has been reported previously, and in particular, the recommendation to perform a clean install.  Please also check that you either disable or configure your security programs (firewall, antivirus, anti-malware or ransomware) to allow Acronis programs.
