Salam Khalfan, can you please post a dxdiag of your computer. I am also using a nvidia card on several computer but do not have seen this issue yet.

press Windows key + R this will open "Run" dialogue

type dxdiag and press enter

save the file to a location of your choice e.g. desktop and attach it here.

Hello again,

the logfile tells me you are running Windows 7 but the Nvidia driver is hopelessly outdated (2012).

Have you tried to update it via www.nvidia.com/drivers or here direct link: http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/96073/en-us

Please make sure you choose manual installation and use "driver reinstallation". You should not update the driver from this old state without the reinstallation check ticked because this may lead to unpredictable sideeffects.

Future updates of the driver will be announced via Nvidia Experience.

In addition you should make sure that you set Windows Update to receive optional updates and also updates for other products. There is a specific link in the Windows Update Window. This way you will get other security and feature updates.

Make sure you update the driver first before you change the Windows Update behaviour otherwise he might update the driver with a different version provided by Microsoft.

The term "optional updates" is fairly unluckly chosen by Microsoft As this just means you are going to receive update for components of 3rd party drivers aswell as non security fixes, still they are at least important (e.g. security fixes for C++ redists etc).

It is a good advice to install the HP Support Assistan: http://www8.hp.com/de/de/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html

This tool will keep other vital things updated.

For the near future you should also consider to take advantage of your free Win 10 Upgrade. You will love it :)

dear karl befor your last reply.  I updated the driver to the latest version and have the same problem.

the problem is in Acronis TI 2016 because Acronis TI 2014 was working fine in the same PC.

if you have the same nvidia card please try it.  am sure it is a compatibilty issue with nvidia video card driver as you always have. previously I faced it with snap deploy 4.

I have no news for you.

I am still convinced that the problem is within the GPU driver. It seems you are not very expierenced with computer but in you case I would try using DDU (driver uninstaller tool) in safe mode and reinstall both graphic drivers via Windows updates to see if this changes anything.

come on karl am acomputer engineer 16 years now.  am trying to downgrade the ati build.

I didn't want to blame you in the first place, my regret. Downgrade to which version?

It would be interesting if you see issue with Firefox 42 or Office 2013 / 2016 if you have them because they work with the graphics driver aswell when building the UI, to make it more understandable: they use GPU acceleration.

I dont have any issues with other application like firefox or ms office 2013. the problem is when i creat acronis boot media it doesn't work in PCs having nvidia GeForce 630 it give a black screen. if i remove the card it works fine. and also it works with other pcs which do not have nvidia GF 630. while ATI 2013 and 2014 work fine with all. i tried to downgrade ATI 2016 to build 5634 but it gave the same results.

attached the dxdiag after updating the video driver

Did I misunderstand you? I though you had issues with ATIH in Windows, now you are asking for driver in Linux Boot CD or Windows PE?

it seems u miss understand me since the beginning. the problem is in Linux bcd

I am sorry, your opening post did not mention Linux BCD

I kindly suggest to ask the Acronis support via your Acronis Account. MVPs here likely won't help you in this complicated matter.

ok Karl thank you. I look forward to hear from them because I want do some cloning asap.

Hi no updates from my side and still I can only tell that I have no issues with Acronis and Geforce cards in the Linux or Windows environment.
