Acronis True Image 2016 Backup Failure

Thread needs solution

I'm using the trial version of Acronis True Image 2016.  All three times that i've backed up my Mac with Acronis, it tells me that the backup was successful.  However, the next time that I bring up Acronis, it tells me that the "Last backup failed."  So, what's up?  I don't see why I should pay for something that possibly doesn't really work...

Hi David,

I would definitely open a support case with Acronis on this to have them double check for you.  Trial versions are supported, but they also have some limitations and/or it could actually be a bug.  If you start a chat session, they should be able to provide immediate support.  Altneratively, if you do end up purchasing, you also have 30 days no questions asked to request a refund.  That way, you can use the full version and make sure that everything is working (without the trial restrictions) and if you are not satisified, you can still get your money back.
