Activation Fails

Thread needs solution

I'm trying to activate ATI 2016 but there is always an error while connecting to the Activation Server although I am sure I'm using the correct LogIn. Offline Registration is NOT available. What can I do? Why isn't there any Phone- Support from this Company?? BAD Service!

Hi Holger,

for home products phone support is a paid option, but you can always contact our support chat with activation problems.

Connection error can appear when e.g. firewall blocks required ports or if you use proxy.

Activation AND Registrtion not working.

I bought the Cloud Update on top of 2015. 2016 is shown to be activated, but the nag buy Cloud screen keeps coming on, and I cannot make image files to my external drives (unlike before).

Also, my Account does not even show the 2015 to be registered.

I seem to be in various loops wih no solution.

Attempt to register 2016/Cloud says the serial is already registered, but the product does not then appear in my Products in my account.

Please help.

PS I cannot get to Support because No Registrations are shown and the serial gets an already registered respone.

Hi Darrell,

as far as I can see in our database, at the moment you have Acronis True Image Cloud license registered under your account and also you have an open support case.

Please let me know if any difficulties remain.

Thank you. My software still asks  me to renew Cloud (and then loops back when I enter my serial to Activate - after showing a checkmark re the serial number) - and later asks me to register, but then says this is already registered! It seems I am in some terrible loops. I cannot back up anything now! Should I remove from ststem and reinstall?
