Backup with 2 OS

Hi everybody,

I am really wondering if an entire backup able to work for 2 OS (with seperate drives in same hdd. and also other datas from other drives in same hdd) or not when i try to backup system from mounted acronis image. I will take backup from Windows 10 on the other hand i have Windows 7 installed in other partition and i couldnt be sure if it will bring 2 of them back or just related partition where the backup created first when i need to turn back this backup. If you help me about this subject, i will be grateful.
