Backup name keeps getting blanked
I am using the trial version and I notice that my nightly backup runs for a few days and then suddenly, the name of the backup gets blanked out. When I notice, I can rename the backup and it will run again for a few days but then again, it gets blanked out. What is going on?
Once it blanks out, the only way to rename it is to clone the settings and change the name of the new settings. The old settings will not keep a name no matter what I do. I simply delete the old settings and it runs fine for a few days.

That is exactly the scenario I am having. I am backing up to my NAS and I did the same thing to look at the location. Sounds like Acronis needs to look into this.

Please report you issues using the in app Feedback feature which you can find in the Help section of the GUI (open book icon). That is the only way to get your issue to the development team.

Thanks. The problem is I am using the trial version. I was going to start a chat session with tech support but it seems the trial version is not eligible for chat so I sent them an e-mail instead. I am hoping they can resolve this issue. The product seems fairly complete but I have trouble paying for something with this kind of a problem in it.
