Can't Find TrueImageLauncher.exe
I had an upgrade to True Image 2015 on three computers. When I installed Windows 10 I began having trouble with True Image. I uninstalled True Image and installed NovaStore. I didn't like NovaStore. When I received an e-mail to purchase True Image 2016 upgrades for 3 computers and a new additional license I purchased the package. I reinstalled True Image 2013 from a disk I had purchased from Acronis. I then installed the True Image 2015 upgrade. True Image worked. I then installed the True Image 2016 upgrade I had purchased. Then I restarted the computer as directed, the True Image 2016 icon blanked out. If I try to launch from the icon I get the error message that TrueImageLauncher.exe cannot be found.
How can I correct the problem so that I can install the three upgrades I have purchased?

Thank you for your prompt response and solution. I uninstalled the current installation with IObit Uninstaller and used the Powerful Scan option. I then installed the download of True Image 2016. After the install it asked to sync with my account. I did that, and I didn't even have to enter the serial numbers because they are in my Acronis account. It was a breeze!!
Please pass along a notation to Acronis. I tried to use both chat and e-mail to get to Support. Neither would work because both require an error code before they will connect. My problem did not have an error code, so I couldn't take advanage of the free support that came with the upgrade.
Once again, thank you for a great and EASY solution.

Ralph, I am glad that your problem is resolved. For reference, when trying to contact Support, just make up an error code if you don't have one, that shouldn't stop you from being able to start a dialogue.

Thank you for reporting the issue! I've checked, the SER code is not necessary field, you should be able to access Live Chat without entering this code. Although I forwarded your feedback to the management, perhaps we could alter this field since it's a bit confusing.

I could not complete entry into either Support or Chat. Each time I completed the information and hit submit the program would not let me leave the page without entering an error code.
