Constant Connection Error or Error On The Server when trying to login to Cloud a/c using TIH 2016

Thread needs solution

Hi all

 

I've been trying - futilely - to backup my 2nd PC to the Acronis cloud. 

 

Using the pop-up Sign-In window in TIH 2016 I've been trying to log in and constantly get Connection Error or Error on the Server. Check your Internet connection (which is obviously working fine) or KB (no reference to be found there)

Anyone have similar issues or suggestions?

 

(Acronis is activated with the 3-PC-Cloud-subs; cloud backup works perfectly from the only other PC being used; only 2 of the 3 licenses are in use)

SOLVED:

 

Also resolved the Cloud Dashboards's Error 100011:

 

Uninstalled using Programs & Features, ran Acronis Cleanup Utility 2015, rebooted, reinstalled ... Signed-in with Cloud credentials, automatically activated and worked!
