Dashboard Doesn't Update

Thread needs solution

My computers aren't being updated on the web Dashboard. The only way I can get the computers to update is to log out and back in to my Acronis account in the application. They may update for a short while but then it's back to the same old problem. I submitted a support ticket but they didn't have a clue. Obviously the problem wasn't escalated. They thought my fix was good enough. Is anybody else having this problem? Looks like I will have to resort to email notifications. Thank goodness I didn't upgrade to 6027.
