File Recovery Fault using New build is 6581

Thread needs solution

Insralled new Update on my 2 PCs Win 10 64bit. All went fine on both PCs. Made new Entire Backup of both PCs.

I now wish to Recover a Folder to my hard drive. I search through the files and Tick the one I wish to recover I select NEXT and the file to recover is listed on the screen. When I then press RECOVER I am immediately sent back to the app's HOME screen. Every time I try this Recover it does the same. Just goes round and round.

I then checked the second PC and that is doing the same thing. Seems to be a problem with this update. Please help.

John, please send feedback through the app to the developers.  I will send a PM note to the support engineers as well.  I'm using Acronis 2017 so am unable to test at the moment. 

John, you can download the full installer for the build 6581 from https://account.acronis.com/, apply a Cleanup Tool, reboot and install the build 6581 anew. See if you can recover files from Entire PC backups. If the backups do not appear automatically, use "Add existing backup" option near "Add backup" button.
