How to recover Syncs - They dissapeared from the list?

Due to an issue with my serial number i had to un-install and re-install TI2016#5586.

When i launched TI2016 i discovered that two of my Syncs were gone from the list. They are gone from the list when i log into Acronis Cloud with my web browser. Approx 30GB of data is gone from the cloud and needs to be re-uploaded. This is the second time this happens with TI2016 that some of the syncs are gone when re-installing the app. I imagine that the very same thing will happen when an upgrade is released.

Does anyone know how to find the files in my Acronis Cloud account?

This never happened with TI2014. The only thing that happened was that i needed to manually join the sync again.

If i manually delete the other syncs and then try to create the default sync i get an error message, on two computers. (See the attached image)

If i install TI2014 there are no problem to create the first sync.

I am really on the verge to just give up TI2016 and go back to TI2014 since it just works without issue with starting the first sync, it never "looses" syncs all of a sudden the way TI2016 does. TI2016 just eates time.

So far i can see three advantages that TI2016 have over TI2014:
1. The ability to protect backups uploaded to the cloud with a password.
2. Better view of the Sync-jobs in the Sync view.
3. When using the Sync feature one can see each file that are uploaded.

But since there are issues with the Sync feature in TI2016 point #2 and point #3 becomes kind of useless and TI2014 takes the lead...

The Sync engine in TI2016 have some serious issues. For example, if i create a Sync in TI2014 i can easily join that sync on another computer with TI2016 installed. If i create a sync in TI2016 it is impossible to join the sync created with TI2016 in TI2014. And, i must use TI2014 to create the default sync. Then i can install TI2016 and create new subsequent sync jobs. But should it really be necessary to use TI2014 in order to being able to create subsequent sync jobs in TI2016 since i cannot create the default sync with TI2016?

Do you have any issues with the Sync feature or am i the only one using it several times a week here? :)
