If you are looking for your NAS under NAS Connections in True Image you will not find it there.  Most such devices will show up under Networking or Computers Near Me when using the Recovery Media.

If your NAS doesn't appear in these locations then you can get True Image to see it by specifying the IP address or host name of the NAS in the True Image app.  From either the backup location screen or the Destination screen at the top is an address bar.  It is very faint and maybe hard to see.  Using your mouse to click at the top of the screen will usually get the cursor to go there.  Once there enter the address or host name and hit enter.  Your NAS should appear in the locations discussed earlier.

I understand you are trying to backup the NAS? I think Enchantech understood you are trying to backup TO the NAS...

File backup? If no, that will be hard...

For a file backup, you will have to try to mount the shared folders on the computer. Maybe this will help Acronis see them.
