No message to confirm successful validation

When validating backups, there's no conformation message to confirm the validation was successful.

Why does it not give a message to confirm the validation was successful?

How do I confirm that it completed successfully?

What do you mean by no message?

In terms of keeping users informed Validation is a poor cousin. You do not get email notifications about success or failure of validation, unlike backups (this feature may not be in ATI 2016, but is introduce (I think) in ATI 2018).

Not sure if you would get a notification in Windows 10 notifications (as I have not activated them for ATI on my PC). One of the other MVPs will know for sure as notification were one of the things commented on as part of the beta testing of ATI 2020 which is supposed to end on 20 August - been 20 August for 19 hours in Melbourne Australia but it is still open.

What do you mean by no message?

An onscreen message from Acronis to confirm the validation has finished and has been successful; a confirmation window message within the Acronis application. Just your stock standard message onscreen to indicate the validation was successful.

I'm not referring to email notifications. Acronis 2016 does have the feature to send email notifications for successful backups only.

Looks like there's no validation confirmation message when complete. Just wanted to make sure. Cheers.

Thanks for the clarification. I do not recall every having see a pop-up message about validation successfully completing. My just be inattention on my part. And these things can change between versions and I have not used ATI 2016 since mid-2016. Gone through a few versions since then (now on ATI 2020), not to mention a large number of builds.
