Question about Dell Venue Pro 11 (32 Bit OS)

Thread needs solution

OK...so I was able to get the recovery CD to recognize my Seagate 4TB external HDD. Both 32 and 64 Bit do the job. Purchased one copy so far. Now I have an issue with my Dell Venue Pro 11. Downloaded a trial on the machine...created the recovery Flash Drive (no CD). I can actually boot into Acronis, but I have one problem. It recognizes the Western Digital External drive attached AND the drive containing Acronis True Image. However, the program does NOT see the hard drive. Now...my 5130 (model) has a 64 GB Samsung drive in it (more like flash memory than a real drive). But Acronis doesn't see the drive...am I doing something wrong. In windows the drive is there...but if I had to recover...to what???

Thanks

Hi Bob,
most likely Linux-kernel of Acronis bootable media doesn't have the driver needed for your internal disk.
To make sure that the driver is added in future versions, please contact our support and provide the following information:
- system report from bootable media
- system report from application installed in Windows

And as a workaround you can create a WinPE-based bootable media:
