RELOAD 2016 ON NEW MACHINE

Thread needs solution

I am attempting to activate 2016 that is being moved to another computer that previously had 2015 installed.  I have uninstalled 2015, and installed 2016 on the target machine.  I have followed the process for moving the license to the target machine, but cannot get past the following error at the login screen.

"An error occurred while signing in.  Please try again later.  View Knoweldge Base article"

This has been going on for two days.  I have verified the email address that my license is registered to, and also had the system issue me a new password just in case that was the issue.  Any ideas?

Unfortunately no.  Either there is a logon issue with the Acronis servers or something has not updated with your account and licensing. I would recommend opening a support case with Acronis - they should be able to resolve the issue through chat very quickly (although, you may have to wait until Monday as I'm not sure techncial support is availabel on weekends or not).  The forum post below says they are 24/7 though so I think they can help you now.
