On Windows 10 Pro desktop I have set Files and folders to incrementally backup daily at 1 am, and full backup to incrementally backup at 3 am.  Some days it does it, other days it waits until I begin using the computer, at which time both scheduled backups begin immediately.  And no, I haven't turned off the computer overnight. How to fix?

I am assuming that your computer is sleeping.

I think that every version of Acronis TIH, that I have ever had, has had a flaky scheduler. It runs exactly as you describe. Also, if you edit a task you can almost always be sure that you will have problems with the scheduler.

I schedule a Windows task to wake the computer a couple of minutes after Acronis TI is scheduled to start so that my backup will run one way or the other. If you choose to do this and need a little reference the following link may be of help.
