Unable to delete Backup

Thread needs solution

OK, so I've updated to the latest release.

I've got only one backup defined which saves to a NAS.  This device is no longer available to me.

When I try to delete this backup and select WHOLE BACKUP - it just sits there doing nothing for 12-24 hours.  Dreadful error correction...certainly not tested.

Hopefully someone will recognize this issue and fix it in the next release.

When selecting just settings, it works OK...

regards

Sean, the answer to this issue is in your post above.

  1. This NAS device is no longer available to me.
  2. When selecting just settings, it works OK...
  3. When I try to delete this backup and select WHOLE BACKUP - it just sits there doing nothing

If your NAS is not available, then ATIH cannot access it to be able to delete the WHOLE BACKUP, hence it will sit there indefinitely!

This is just the same as if you had your backups on an external disk drive and tried to delete the whole backup with it not connected.
