Version 16 failed to run after update to Win 10

Thread needs solution

After upgrading to Win 10 my version 16 Acronis would simply get pinned at the bottom of the screen and do nothing more.
After much troubleshooting I decided I would try to reinstall it but all I have is a disk for version 15. My support period has expired so can't communicate with anyone. Any help on restoring version 16 would be helpful. Thanks

Hi Robert - you'll have to reach out to Acronis technical support.  Technical support is always available for account issues and/or license issues.  If you purchase from Acronis, the licenses automatically get registered to your account.  If you buy a boxed version from your local big box store or another online retailer, you need to go into your Acronis account and register that license so it's associated with your account.  If you have the license info, you should be able to do that anytime.  If you don't have it, but have proof of purchase, I'm sure this won't be an issue.
