What did I miss?

Thread needs solution

So i'm trying to do a backup and it shows the usb drive but won't let me choose a folder that is on the usb drive, and I can't find a place to create a folder during backup configuration.

Is it just me or does 2016 feel like a downgrade from 2015?  Then again seems like options went away in 2015 as well.

Theodore,

If you select a USB drive (middle button) for the destination, ATI will only let you use the root folder.

If you want to use a sub folder, or create a sub folder, then you should select browse.

I tried that, and it didn't see the external drive.  I've tried that on 3 systems each with it's own usb drive.  Also on both windows 10 and 7 pro.

I'll try again.. thanks.. it's hwo I thought it worked...

For clarification...It sees the drive if you select the middle button, but does not see the drive if you select the bottom button?

Well for clarification you can't fix stupid. :)  Evidently I have to close trueimage and open it back up to get it to see the directory I made.

Sorry to have wasted your time.
