wont accept my activation code

Thread needs solution

i have re-installed acronis and had my license saved but when i use it , it dos;nt work so can not activate acronis 2016 please help

Paul, have you signed in to your Acronis account, assuming that you have registered your product serial there, as you can check that you are using the correct serial number.

If you still have problems with activating your license, then you will need to contact Acronis Support directly, as we cannot resolve license issues here in these user forums.
