Avalablity of the Arconis Cloud

Thread needs solution

Hello!

I just started with the Arconis Cloud and Arconis Backup. Now, the first time I try to get some information back from my backup, the cloud is not available.

How often this happens? For me it's 100%, but I think my experience is not reporting the normal behavior.

Hans, please open a Support Case directly with Acronis support for this issue as we have no means of checking the status of any of the Acronis Cloud servers other than using the tools in the KB below:

thank's for the link to this tools, I will use them in the future. Also I will open a ticket with the Arconis support.

I'm also not able to connect to the cloud today... there may be an issue on the server side... let us know what they tell you.

Today I got a answer - more than week after I had the problem, not so funny!!

What I got was a description, how I can verify to upload data to the Arconis cloud - sorry, that wan't the problem, I had problems to connect the Arconis cloud to restore data.

If I need to classify the Arconis support: FAILED.

Beckhj - did you open a support case via chat or email?  I typcially get immediate response when chatting, however, email support can take days to get a response.  I would request a chat, or better yet, as it sounds like you have a subscription, use phone support.

Cloud has been working for me as of later the same day when I posted above.  If you have trouble with tech support via chat and/or phone, please send a PM to Ekaterina or Slava.  One of them should be able to review your support case and be able to provide higher-tier support if you continue to have connectivity issues and are not getting assistance through the standard support routes - please do try chat or phone first though.
