Creating bootable rescue media

Thread needs solution

I just purchased ATI 2017 and wish to create a bootable CD or pen drive and I understand I can do this from within the installed application. In the past, I used to create my Rescue Media from within the list of my Acronis products in My Account. It seems this feature is no longer there. Can I still create a rescue disc without having the product actually installed in my computer drive? My reason is simple: I have a relatively small SSD installed in my laptop and I need to be selective on the number of applications I must have installed at any given moment.

Isn't there any way I can get my rescue media without having to previously install my Acronis software? Or is it really necessary to waste time installing the software just for the purpose of creating the rescue media and then uninstall it?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks

LinYu, I am still able to sign in to my Acronis Account and see a Download option for the bootable rescue media ISO file.

I go to https://www.acronis.com/en-eu/my/products/index.html and sign in to the older style Acronis Account web page and then I see as in the attached screen shot.

I see the same as Steve - as far as I know, this has always been an option for paid users who have perpetual licenses or an ongoing subscription.
