Leon, I assume that you are speaking about your devices as shown in the Acronis Dashboard when you say they go offline?

There is very little we can do except to advise you to check that you are signed in with your Acronis credentials on each of your devices, and that you have the required Acronis services active / running, i.e. the Acronis Managed Machine Service and the Acronis Scheduler2 Service.

If you still see issues, then you should open a Support Case directly with Acronis Support who have access to the Cloud / Dashboard systems where this information comes from.

Hi Steve...yes on the dashboard. I've run the True Image app on the VM guest. How come you can't do a dashboard from your client on the desktop?

I just went into the dashboard from that device and it still shows OFFLINE.

Thanks leon

update -- while its OFFLINE it is Backup Up due to it's schedule so something fishy is going on?

Leon

Leon, if it is your VM devices running ATIH 2017 that are showing offline in the Acronis Dashboard, then this may be related to the internet connection path from those VM devices to the Acronis Dashboard servers.  Have you tried opening the Dashboard from the VM Acronis GUI or are you going to the Dashboard page from the host computer Acronis GUI or by going directly to https://account.acronis.com/ and signing in with your Acronis credentials and then clicking on the Dashboard link there?

You will still need to open a Support Case to get a definitive answer to why your devices don't show correctly in the dashboard.

Hi Steve...the VM acronis app/gui which opened the browser. I'll open a ticket.

Thanks leon
